We are obsessed about making delicious dumplings. From our site in Cheshire, our aim is to craft high-quality, handmade dumplings and serve them up hot across street food markets across the North West!

All of our ingredients are sourced locally, each dumpling is made with care, and we love to see nothing more than repeat customers letting us know how much they enjoy our dumplings - it puts such a big smile on our faces!

We are proudly Chinese-owned, and bring years of divine ancestral and life experience to our dumplings - it’s truly our passion!

Meet our Sui Mai Sensei

Meet our founder, Leo Tse a seasoned restauranteur with over 30+ years in the food industry. After running a beloved Chinese restaurant in Ramsbottom, he’s now bringing his passion for dumplings to the streets.

Aside from making dumplings, Leo enjoys cooking fine dining cuisine, karaoke and playing badminton.
